Delete your account

You can delete your Colab Tracker account and all its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app or on the website

1. Log in (in the app, or at the website).
2. Open the You tab.
3. Under Delete account, type your username and tap Delete my account.

If you can't log in

Email support@colabtracker.app with your username and the subject "Delete my account". Accounts have no email, so we may ask you to confirm details only the owner would know (for example your habit or group names) before deleting it.

What gets deleted

Your account, password hash, settings, habits, check-ins, sessions and group memberships are removed from our database immediately. Groups you owned pass to the longest-standing member, or are removed if you were the last member. Nothing is kept for analytics. Copies in our hosting providers' short-term backups disappear when those backups expire.
